My transformers are  manufactured using the highest quality UK supplied materials (generally UL recognised).

The power transformers are continuously rated and are manufactured to the general requirements of UL506 &
EN 61558-1:1997

The overall  temperature rating of the insulation system is
class A (105 deg. C) & unless otherwise specified the maximum allowable ambient temperature is 40 deg. C with a maximum allowable RH of 95%.

My product range is from
10VA to 1kVA

All transformers (including standard range types) are made to order by me in the UK.

Generally transformers will be despatched within 2-3 weeks from receipt of payment

For UK customers payment can be made by cheque, UK postal order, PayPal or Bank Transfer

For non UK customers payment can be made by PayPal or by Bank Transfer

I have been involved in the design & production of toroidal transformers for over 30 years: the bulk of the toroidal transformers manufactured by ILP Electronics Ltd up to 1990 & the majority of the toroidal transformers manufactured by Antrim Transformers Ltd (now owned by Trans-Tronic), up to 2009 were designed by me.

I set up Canterbury Windings  in 2006 specifically for the design & production of small production batches & prototype toroidal transformers
